All you have to do is verify your cell phone number, this will reduce fraud & speed up the withdrawal process..... here is the announce from MBC:
To speed up withdrawal requests and reduce fraud, if you have a withdrawal pending please verify your cell phone(we will send you a PIN number you need to confirm) your number will NOT be used for anything else.
